Please allow one to two days for our team to ship your order, plus the usual delivery times listed below* :
- Canada Standard:

- Orders of $125 and more (before tax): Free
- Orders of $124 and less (before tax): $7 CAD shipping fee applies (non refundable)
- Canada Express:
- 1 to 3 business days
- Orders of $100 and more (before tax): $5 CAD shipping fee applies (non refundable)
- Orders of $99 and less (before tax): $13 CAD shipping fee applies (non refundable)
- USA :
- USPS Standard : 4 to 9 business days $20 CAD shipping fee applies (refundable only if you make an exchange)
- DHL Express : 2 to 3 business days $25 CAD shipping fee applies (refundable only if you make an exchange)
Customs and insurance costs are non-refundable, and are at the expense of the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
We are pleased to make returns and exchanges as easy as your initial purchase!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging. All eligible returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
For the Holidays season : All purchases made between the 15th of November and the 24th of December can be exchanged and refunded until the 31st of January 2021.
THE SALES MADE DURING THE SAMPLE SALE, AND IN THE ARCHIVE SALE COLLECTION ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY AND RETURNS AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund on store credit can be granted. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery, not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts will not be eligible for a full refund.
In store (free):
Drop by our boutiques or one of our pop up stores and we’ll process the return free of charge. Click here for address and business hours.
By mail - Canada (free):
1. You will find your prepaid return label in your original parcel. Replace the shoes in the box, and protect the box with a bag and affix the prepaid return label to the parcel. Drop off the parcel at any Canada Post post office. A $5 fee applies for damaged boxes.
2. Drop off the return package at any Canada Post service counter during post-office business hours.
3. As soon as we have received and inspected the returned items, your return will be processed and the refund will be issued.
*If you did not find a prepaid return label in your parcel, write us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For now, our system does not allow us to process to exchanges. If you wish to exchange the item you purchased, follow the instructions above for a return and place an order for the desired item online before it solds out.
As soon as we have received and inspected the returned item, your return will be processed and the refund will be issued.
By mail - United States & International :
At this time we do not provide return labels for international returns. If you wish to return an item, please write us at email@example.com. Note that shipping fees for American & International orders are not refundable.
We offer a price adjustment if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of the date on your purchase. To obtain a price adjustment, send us an email message at firstname.lastname@example.org within the fourteen (14) day window.
